I listened. I followed the rules.

But deep down, my body kept saying - this can’t be it.

Even as a trained osteopath, I was shocked by how little support there was.

How vague the guidance. How normalised the discomfort, the leaking, the bracing, the hush-hush shame of a body quietly struggling.

So I spent years in the weeds - training, researching, unlearning, and rebuilding.
