I’m Katie - a registered Women’s Health Osteopath with over a decade of clinical experience, additional post graduate training in pelvic health, hypopressives, and functional biomechanics.
And I’m also a mum of two, who experienced stress incontinence (and the lack of any advice other than kegels) which means I know what it’s like to live in a body that’s carried, birthed, and been expected to bounce back without a manual.
